1Hold pod upright and twist off top

2Position the pod above the eye

3Gently squeeze so that the fluid flows freely across the eye ball to the outer corner

4Take care not to touch the nozzle

5Repeat until the eye has been thoroughly irrigated or until professional medical help arrives
