Terms & Conditions
The Company: FirstAid4Less.co.uk is a division of Value Products Ltd.
The Customer: The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made on the following terms & conditions alone.
Value Products Ltd sales representatives have no authority to make any representation or promise on the companyís behalf or to vary these terms & conditions.
Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Value Products Ltd reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.
Credit: Value Products Ltd will agree to issue The Customer with credit subject to status.
Payment: The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Carriage and Delivery: Next day delivery is standard on all UK orders processed before 4pm for stocked items only. Orders placed on a Friday before 4pm will be delivered the next working day. Delivery to Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands is typically 2-3 working days on stocked items. Please note; There are some regions we are currently unable to guarantee next day delivery to. These areas include parts of Aberdeen, Carlisle, Stornoway, Isle Of Man, Inverness, North Ayrshire, Kirkwall, Cumbria, Isle Of Bute, Argyll, Perth, Isles Of Scilly & Lerwick. Returns: The Company will supply the Customer with products on the understanding that the Customer will test them in actual use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for the particular use to which they are to be applied. In the event of a product not meeting the Customerís requirements, it must be returned to the Company in an unused and resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery. A returns note (supplied when the company dispatches the goods) must be completed by the Customer and returned with the products.
In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Companyís receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. Value Products Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customerís statutory rights.
Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Value Products Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use. Overseas Orders: Value Products Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
