Delivery Delay Information

When will I receive my order?
As you may know, the recent severe weather conditions throughout the UK have resulted in delayed delivery times from DHL and Royal Mail. We are continuing to process orders and deliver as rapidly as possible but are currently unable to guarantee Next Day Delivery.
Delivery details are outlined below and will be updated as soon as we receive more information from our carriers:

England, Wales and Northern Ireland
Both DHL and Royal Mail are carrying out deliveries but, owing to the backlog caused by recent severe weather conditions, we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas on any orders.

Scotland
We apologise for any inconvenience but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery to Scotland prior to Christmas for any orders taken after Thursday 16th December. While we are still able to accept and process orders for Scotland, any orders taken after this date will unfortunately not be delivered until the New Year. If you have already placed an order for delivery to Scotland, we will naturally do our very best to deliver your items as soon as possible.
